Opened in July 1999, JJ’s quickly built a reputation for quality – quality food, quality beers, quality service and of course quality entertainment. It all started with the building of JJ’s itself, with over 80% assembled in Ireland, shipped over and pieced back together, a mammoth task but we are sure you will agree was worth the every bit of effort..
Great effort has also been placed into the selection of draught beers we serve. We hope you will sample a good selection, which have been cared for by our professionally trained staff and served at an ideal temperature. A cold draught beer always goes down well during the Bahraini summer heat.

Well, as we Irish have a saying for everything, remember this one, “Festa anocht agus gorta amarach” which means “a feast tonight and a famine tomorrow.” Our menu, has a fine choice of traditional Irish dishes complimented by the finest dishes from across the globe. You may also want to try our own recipe Chicken Marty Guerey that has become so popular that other restaurants have adopted it, though this is the one and only place to have the authentic one.
